BONDOWOSO

Situbondo has rich volcanic and sulphur soils due to the surrounding volcanos. This makes growing coffee ideal due to the acidic conditions.

Bondowoso is the only regency that isn't surrounded by coastline which gives it a unique flavour and aroma compared to the commonly known regions such as Sumatra and Flores. Bondowoso original arabica coffee has a natural mint characteristic.
