Returns policy

Beans

Due to the beans being made to order, we do not accept returns. If there is an error on our end we will happily send a replacement.

Retail

We do accept a return of retail products as long as they are unused and in their original packaging.

We are not eligible for the product until it arrives back to us, From there we will process an exchange minus original shipping cost.

The return policy does not include sale or promotional items. 

Returns must be returned within 14 days.

Return shipping cost will be at your own expensive.
