We sought out to create a cup the celebrates tropical fruits while paying homage the the skill and dedication of farmer Jairo Arcila from his farm Santa Monica located in Quindio, Colombia. The co-fermented coffees are made using a chemical free process with farm-fresh fruits grown in local farms. 

Grown at an elevation of 1500 MASL, the Castillo variant offers punchy fruit flavors including- Peach, Banana, Strawberry, Lulo and Green Apple. Due to being chemical free you are tasting the delicious notes of fresh fruit from the heart of local farmers. Experience the essence of hard work in every sip. To achieve these flavors, the green beans are fermented in the fruits.

Just like our Seasonal Blend Drip Bags - these are easy to prepare, store and enjoy.

Simply tear the top, fold over your mug of choice, pour 200ml (three full pours) of hot water, dispose of bag then enjoy!
