Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $65NZD within New Zealand. Australian orders qualify for free shipping over $120AUD.

How long does delivery take?

NZ orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. Australian orders take 7-10 business days.

Orders placed after 10 am will be shipped the next day. Orders placed after 10 am on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship to New Zealand and Australia, with plans to expand to additional markets soon.

 

Coffee & Products

How should I store my coffee?

To maintain freshness, keep coffee in a zip-lock bag or an airtight container. Coffee is best stored in a cool dry place, away from sunlight and humidity. With pre-ground coffee, we recommend storing it correctly and using it as soon as possible as oxidation will begin to affect the flavour and aroma.

Should I rest my coffee?

We suggest letting your coffee rest for at least 10-14 days after the date roasted.
This allows for the coffee to de-gas and develop its clarity, body and balance.

After resting, coffee can go on to develop its character, peaking at around 4 weeks, but further developing uniqueness beyond that.

What's the difference between your blends and Single Origins?

Our blends (Local, Seasonal, Decaf) are crafted for consistency and balance, while Single Origins showcase unique characteristics from specific regions.

Can I freeze my coffee?

Freezing coffee can help extend the life of a coffee as it dramatically slows the ageing, maintaining aroma and flavour for months beyond the roast date. This is best done by separating the coffee into smaller portions and sealing in an air-tight container if possible. When brewing, use only what you need and brew straight from frozen.

Choose your coffee, frequency, and grind type. We'll deliver fresh roasted coffee to your door automatically. Pause, skip, or cancel anytime.

Can I change my subscription?

Yes, you can modify your coffee selection, delivery frequency, or grind preference anytime through your account.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Contact us immediately, and we'll do our best to update it before roasting and dispatch.
